Produced in 1972 by Kenner for one year only. Kenner Blythe stood 11 1/2 inches tall. With rooted hair, and a hard plastic head that was disproportionately larger, a plastic torso with a twistable waist, straight plastic arms, and vinyl legs which clicked at the knees and were poseable. Advertising for the doll in 1972 touted her as being "four dolls in one" with expressions that changed with each eye color change.

Blythe had four different eyecolors:

Groovy Green- The green eyes glanced to the right.
Bouncy Brown actually more of a orange color,and the orange eyes were a straight glare.
Beautiful Blue,the blue eyes looked towards the left.
Pretty Purple actually more of a pink color,the pink eyes looked straight ahead.
Blythe had four hair colors: brunette, blonde, redhead, and black.
