Melt one 6-oz package of semisweet chocolate chips and 4
Tbls of butter or regular margarine over low heat.
Remove from the heat and blend in dairy sour cream,
Vanilla extract and salt. Gradually add enough sifted powdered sugar
to reach a spreading consistency. Beat well.
