Roasted Brazil Vargem Grande Origin: Mogiana Region, Sao Paulo State, Brazil
A smooth, sweet Brazilian coffee turning a touch bittersweet in the finish. This is a lovely, complex coffee featuring subtle tones of fresh fruit, citrus and floral. An excellent example of the new high-quality coffees emerging from regions of Brazil. Light-bodied, and medium acidity. This is a delicate coffee which we offer in a medium roast to maximize the complexity of the fruit and yet not to overwhelm its subtle tones.

Roasted Costa Rica Tarrazu "Miel" Origin: Tarrazu Region, Costa Rica
A soft, yet full-bodied coffee with robust richness, light acidity, and a taste that is luxurious and hearty. With such great character, this is currently our favorite coffee.

Roasted Espresso Blend-Northern Style Sumatra, Brazil and Guatemalan coffees
A marvelously smooth, super-sweet espresso roast with hints of rich chocolate and a touch of spice. Big flavor and syrupy smooth texture. This medium, dark roast is a salute to the tradition of North Italy. We blend Brazilian for super-sweetness, Sumatra for full body and Guatemalan for a touch of smoky intrigue. The lighter of the two espresso roasts.
